Diving packages are for standard daily dives between 08h00 and 16h00, providing for 2 local guided dives. All additional services e.g. all rental equipment, early morning or night dives are chargeable on site. The diving packages are restricted to suitably qualified divers only.
The dive planning will be organized subject to our Dive Instructor or Divemaster’s recommendations and general sea/weather conditions. For your safety, the Divemaster may have to cancel a dive in bad weather conditions.
All dives are with standard air plus weights. Nitrox is free for Nitrox-certified Divers.
The participant is required to arrive on site with a Diving Medical Certificate (including a note indicating ‘fit for diving’).
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.*
SEAOMAN Dive Centre practices a 24 hour surface interval before flight.
The use of dive computers and SMBs is obligatory and required.
If in doubt / for safety purposes, self-dive requests and approval must be obtained through the Dive Management before the necessary arrangements are made.

By participating in any sailing activity, participants automatically grant to Oman Sail and their sponsors, the right in perpetuity to make, use and show, from time to time at their discretion, any motion pictures and live, taped or filmed television and other reproductions of the participant during the period of the sailing activity without compensation.
Charter T’s & C’s
1.1 Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By signing the accompanying Booking Form, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 1.2 Once signed, the Booking Form (together with these Terms and Conditions) acts as a contract between you and SeaOman Charter and conﬁrms your booking with Seaoman Charter, subject to full payment. 1.3 You agree to provide correct information to the best of your knowledge on the Booking Form, including the requested medical information for members of your party, which may be important for SeaOman Charter and the Skipper to be aware of for your safety.
2.1 Once booked, the agreed price of your booking is fully guaranteed by SeaOman Charter and will not be subject to any surcharge provided you meet the payment schedule. (However the price may be adjusted to correct invoice errors or to company with any new Government mandate charges.)
2.2 A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve the requested dates and vessel of your charter.
2.3 Full payment of the balance of your booking is required a minimum of 2 weeks before your charter date –Full payment together with a completed Booking Form conﬁrm your booking.
2.4 If any payment due is not received in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
2.5 We are accepting the payment in two ways: PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc..) and debit cards issued locally processed by OmanNet.
3.1 You may cancel your booking at any time. Written notiﬁcation of cancellation must be received from and conﬁrmed in writing by SeaOman Charter.
3.2 If you cancel, postpone or alter your booking with less than 2 weeks’ notice before your charter date, you will forfeit all amounts you have paid towards your booking. In cases of emergency, SeaOman Charter may at its sole discretion waive or reduce such forfeiture.
3.3 If you cancel, postpone or alter your booking with more than 2 weeks’ notice before your charter date, SeaOman can not claim any payment for the cancelation of the booking.
3.4 Your payment credit from postponed bookings, with more than 2 weeks notice can be held with SeaOman Charter for a maximum period of 12 months from the date that we received and conﬁrmed your notice of postponement. You will forfeit any payment credit that you do not use during this 12-month period.
3.5 SeaOman Charter reserves the right to cancel, postpone or alter your booking due to circumstances outside of our control, at our discretion. The most common such circumstance is bad weather. As much notice as possible will be provided, however this can be as last minute as a few hours before departure. In the event of such cancellations, postponements or alterations, SeaOman Charter are not obliged to issue refunds or compensation to you, but we will do our best to re-organise and limit inconvenience to you.
4.1 SeaOman Charter and its staff are responsible for the safe conduct of your charter and activities and may vary your itinerary for safety purposes. SeaOman Charter staff in their sole discretion shall decide whether or not the conditions are safe to use a particular craft.
4.2 It is not permitted for any SeaOman Charter craft to do night sailing or participate in any third party race without the presence of an SeaOman Charter employed Skipper, or written consent from the company.
4.3 The vessel must, at all times, stay within the SeaOman Charter cruising limits. These limits have been put in place with your and your party’s safety as well as the safety of the Skipper, in mind.
4.4 All passengers shall be named on the Booking Form, and no other passengers shall be permitted on the vessel.
4.5 A life jacket will be provided for each authorized passenger. Life jackets should be worn as appropriate.
Terms & Conditions
5.1 Boating inherently involves risks of physical danger and also may not be suitable to participants with certain health conditions and needs. You and each member of your party are responsible for ensuring your physical ﬁtness is satisfactory to participate. 5.2 SeaOman Charter is Not liable or responsible for death or personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, suffered by you or any member of your party, or any third party, nor for any losses resulting from such incidents, unless directly caused by the proven negligence of SeaOman Charter staff as decided by the Omani courts. 5.3 SeaOman Charter is NOT liable or responsible for death, or personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, suffered by you, any member of your party, or any third party, nor for any losses resulting from such incidents, caused by an activity outside of the activities permitted by SeaOman Charter. 5.4 SeaOman Charter shall insure the vessels and their equipment against ﬁre, marine and collision risks with third party damage cover of not less than 2,000,000 GBP. 5.5 Any complaints must be notiﬁed to SeaOman Charter in writing.
6.1 All the Powerboats and Sailing vessels used by SeaOman Charter are of international standards and regulations and maintained regularly by qualiﬁed sub-contractors. 6.2 For staffed vessels, the SeaOman Charter member(s) of staff is responsible for the safety of all members on board the vessel. Therefore you will ensure co-operation of all of your party on board the vessel.
7.1 From time to time authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording. You agree that we may use such images as promotional advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright rests with such authorised parties unless otherwise agreed.
8.1 SeaOman Charter reserves the right to cancel, postpone or alter your booking due to circumstances outside of our control, at our sole discretion, for circumstances amounting to force majeure. The most common force majeure circumstance is bad weather, but force majeure may also include, without limitation: war, riots, government action, terrorism, ﬁre, strike action and all similar events outside of SeaOman Charter’s control. 8.2 As much notice as possible will be provided for cancellations, postponements or alterations due to force majeure, however this can be as last minute as a few hours before departure. 8.3 In the event of cancellations, postponements or alterations due to force majeure, SeaOman Charter is not obliged to issue refunds or compensation to you but we will do our best to re-organise and limit inconvenience to you.
9.1 The Booking Form and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
10. Service delivery
When the customer orders a service, an invoice will be sent to his e-mail with the invoice.
A printed confirmation email must be shown.
All services are subject to reservation and advance payment.
