2 days (1 night)
Day 1, meet at Al Mouj Marina and board the boat. After a briefing and time to stow your items, the boat will set off towards the Daymaniyat Islands, after a relaxing 2 and a half hour sail, you will arrive at the islands in time for lunch. This area is famous for turtle watching and nesting during the summer season and offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Oman. On land, you can explore the island’s rocky terrain, or choose to relax on the white sandy beaches and immerse yourself in crystal clear waters. Around 4:30pm the boat will move around to a sheltered area for the night time anchoring, giving you a new area to explore. The evening is spent onboard the yacht, where you’ll enjoy your evening meal amidst the peaceful ambience of the islands.
Day 2 – Wake up to be greeted by a beautiful sunrise and indulge in a swim or stand up paddle board before enjoying breakfast on board. Day 2 – Wake up to be greeted by a beautiful sunrise and indulge in a swim or stand up paddle board before enjoying breakfast on board. Departing the Daymaniyat islands after breakfast, you will sail further along the coastline towards the capital, Muscat, with a short break for lunch at Al Fahal Island along the way. This fossil limestone formation is a great place to anchor and snorkel. The afternoon will feature a sail past the Corniche at Muttrah, the Royal Palace and Cemetery Bay. Situated just along the coast from Port Sultan Qaboos, Bandar Jissah bay is wonderfully secluded and features rocks at the foot of the cliffs that are great for exploring when the tide is out. We will berth here overnight with the option to enjoy a buffet dinner at the world famous Shangri La resort.
Day 3 – Wake up with the sea and the mountains providing a beautiful back drop for a morning swim and breakfast. Relax and enjoy the activities and surroundings before starting to make your way back along the coast to Al Mouj Marina. Return to Fahal Island for some more snorkelling along the way, or stay close to the coast to enjoy Muscat from the sea. Arrive back at Al Mouj Marina around 3pm.
